Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Applicants must be 18 years of age or above as of May 3, 2025
- Height: The preferred height of participants is 5’3″ (160 cm) and above.
- Affiliation: The participant must be either:
A daughter of a serving or retired officer of the Indian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force)
OR
A wife of a serving or retired officer of the Indian Armed Forces
OR
Lady Officers (serving/retired). - Citizenship: Applicants must be Indian citizens holding a valid Indian passport.
- Marital Status: Both unmarried and married women are eligible to participate.
Any misrepresentation, falsification of information, or failure to meet the above criteria shall result in immediate disqualification from the competition, with no recourse to appeal.
Registration Fees & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 must be paid at the time of submitting your application for DSOI May Queen Ball 2025.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to pay an additional ₹5,000 as a participation fee.
- Payment transfer/transaction details must be provided in the registration form to validate your registration fee submission.
- All payments must be made to the DSOI bank account via Bank Transfer (details provided below).
